As you start to hit menopause you may have seen a shift in the way your body stores fat.
This change is down to a reduction in your Estrogen levels, causing you to store more fat around your stomach, but less on your legs and bum (every cloud has a silver lining and what not…)
BUT HOW DO YOU LOSE IT
Well no matter what anyone tells you there are no secret hacks or foods that will magically transform you.
The bodyfat is just that, regular bodyfat and as such responds to being in a calorie deficit.
There are some ways to illicit that, outside conventional methods that may help, but firstly, establish your calorie deficit number and stick to it for a good month.
